Q: When will my order ship?

A: We do our best to ship all orders same-day or immediate next day, with exceptions due to the holiday season or periods of high demand. If your order hasn't shipped within 4 business days, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it for you!
It's important to monitor your spam/junk email folder. If you haven't received an email with tracking information, it likely ended up there.

Q: My package is delayed in transit. What's next?

A: From time to time, delays do happen as your package moves through the USPS network. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control. We have no ability to track down your shipment. If your package is still moving through the USPS network, it should arrive shortly.
