Refund policy

At Duplica Fragrances, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning no scratches or smudges on the bottle or label, no chipped glass, and only missing a maximum of 5 sprays. Pictures of your fragrance must be sent to us for approval first.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with an address to send your order back to, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds will be offered via store credit only.

Original shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit.

Any damages to the return during transit are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered as we can't guarantee proper packing and protection of the returned item(s) handled by the buyer.

Our growing selection of high quality interpretations guarantees that you will find something to your liking.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All packaging, labels and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If your fragrance is missing more than 5 sprays, we will not accept your return.

If any physical damage to the bottle or cap is present, we will not accept your return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted for store credit, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided with a gift-card for the total amount of your order less shipping costs. The gift-card will not expire, and can be used on any items on our store.
